Delivery of Section 61 consents and Environmental Impact Assessments for S1 & S2 sections of the HS2 route (London Euston to West Ruislip)

Great Western Electrification
Produced the assessment and monitoring plans regarding vibratory and hammer piling operations, leading to the safe installation of the steel work foundations, enabling workforce protection and mitigation of the impact of works, on the local communities and third party assets across the Great Western Railway network.

Crossrail
Integral part of the noise and vibration specialists for Crossrail Contract C300/410 (Westbourne Park, Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street, Fisher Street, Northfleet sites). Provided specialist advice on Best Practicable Means (BPM) and alternative construction techniques. He also prepared documents required under Section 61 of the Control of Pollution Act and determined eligibility for Noise Insulation and Temporary Rehousing. Managed the extensive range of noise and vibration monitoring systems, and oversaw the attended noise monitoring action plan.

Network Rail
Provided a strategic overview to all construction activities for the Paddington platform 14 bridge repairs. Advised on a suitable plan of action with appropriate trigger levels regarding the unattended, and attended noise and vibration requirements, to protect the structure, public, and engineers working on site.

Sound Insulation Testing
Carried out multiple Sound Insulation tests in accordance with BS8223, and Approved Document E, for clients such:
Fairview New Homes;
Reina Group;
Gem Select;
Kier.

Sound Insulation Design Advice
Supplied the acoustic design advice for 40+ clients, for both new, and existing builds, based on Approved Document E, and BREEAM criteria.

West London Station Upgrade
Noise modelling of construction noise for the Crossrail platform access upgrades in west London. A noise and vibration monitoring plan of action was detailed with specific requirements to protect the surrounding Network Rail owned assets, and nearby residents and business receptors.
